1. Heritage Preservation & Youth Tourism Education Summit
The premier initiative educating students in Senior Secondary Schools and tertiary institutions across Akwa Ibom State on the socio-economic impacts of tourism and the vital necessity of cultural heritage preservation. Through statewide awareness tours across 10 Local Government Areas, we ignite early interest in tourism careers, distribute free educational writing materials, and nurture patriotic, culturally conscious youth leaders.
2. Child's Right Advocacy Campaign (Against Child Sexual Abuse)
A dedicated advocacy campaign fighting child abuse in all forms, with a critical focus on ending child sexual abuse. Through school workshops, community sensitization, and legal rights enlightenment, PYLI equips children and adolescents with the knowledge to recognize their constitutional protections, report violations, and grow in safe, nurturing environments where they can realize their full potential.
3. Humanitarian Intervention (Support for Vulnerable Aged Parents)
In line with our founding mission of selfless compassion, PYLI organizes bi-annual charity outreach programs themed "Isang Ima" ("Walk of Love") every February and December. Through this initiative, we provide direct financial aid, vital prescription medications, and nutritious food supplies to vulnerable elderly citizens and persons with disabilities (PWD) who are often neglected and in urgent need of healthcare support.
4. Youth Leadership Training Programs
Our flagship leadership training programs, including the "Get Inspired" series, reawaken the minds of young people to discover passion and purpose. Featuring esteemed guest speakers and mentors, these interactive sessions teach self-leadership, civic responsibility, and strategic thinking—reminding youth that true leadership begins with self-mastery before leading others into a prosperous future.
